在当今的职场上，良好的沟通技巧是我们职场成败的重要因素之一，有效的沟通也成为了内部人际关系的核心环节。沟通中涉及的一个重要一点就是表达同意和反对，今天就带大家认识几个职场上的英语表达。

职场英语常出现的Code-switching 中英混着说

这个report的deadline 是下周一，但最好可以给到我asap 

明天我有个meeting这星期还有一个presentation。btw星期五seminar的 

topic好像蛮ineresting的，要不之后的happy hour大家再聚一下吧。” 

“Hellen, 我这里有一个 project 想和你 discuss 一下, 不是很 urgent.......” 

我需要check 一下我明天的schedule

1. Call it a day

今天就这样吧 （累了想要休息了，剩下的任务明天再做）

例：1. I’m tired, let’s just call it a day.

我累了，今天就到这吧

2. I don't want to work overtime, can we call just call it a  day? 

我不想加班，要不咱今天就到这吧

3. Keep me in the loop!

有消息跟我说，等于：

keep me informed 

keep me updated 

例： 

A: Are these the meeting agendas? 

这些是今天的会议议程吗？ 

B: yes, they are 是的 

A: well, I won’t attend the meeting. So can you keep in  the loop? 

我今天不能够参加会议了，所以有新消息可以随时通知我 吗？ 

B: yea sure, no problem. 

好的，没问题。

4. Take a/the day off 请假

例子：

I have to take my kid to the hospital,  so could I take the day off. 

我得带我孩子去医院，今天能请一天假吗？ 

老板: 

you have been working hard,  take a day off ! 

你最近很幸苦，给自己放天假吧！

5. I'd like to discuss my salary 

我想跟你讨论一下我的薪资 

想要加薪最好不要说：I want a raise

例：

Would it be alright if we arrange a one-on-one? I’d like to discuss my salary.  

我们可以私底下聊聊吗？ 

之后可以跟老板说的话：

I’m excited to keep working towards key company goals, and grow my personal responsibilities. 

我很想为公司担起更多的责任并努力朝我们的重点目标前进。 

Considering my tenure here, a salary increase of 10% is appropriate. 

根据我的任期，我希望加薪百分之十。

6. Have you got a sec? 有空吗 （sec可以替换成minute，moment）

例： 

Sorry, boss. Have you got a sec? 

不好意思老板，你现在有空吗 ？

Nope, there’s a lot on my plate already. 

没空，我手上事情很多了。

7. Go back to the drawing board 重新开始 原本的所有计划全部重新来 （等于Start from scratch）

例： 

A：So you didn’t like my proposal?

你不喜欢我的提案吗? 

B: well, we don’t have the budget for  that. 

我们只是没有足够的预算。

We’ll have to go back to the drawing  board. 

再从头想一个新的吧。
